• Pre-orders
  All orders are handled as pre-orders.
  Production and delivery take 4–8 weeks from payment confirmation.
  You'll receive email updates for each stage: printing, packaging, and shipping.
  Timelines may vary depending on production load or logistics.

• Payment
  Payments are processed securely via UniPay.
  We accept major debit/credit cards.
  Payments are accepted in GEL (Georgian Lari), USD, and EUR. The final currency will be shown at checkout.
  Prices are tax-inclusive where applicable. International duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Shipping
  We offer worldwide shipping.
  Costs and times are calculated during checkout.
  Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.
  International customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Returns & Cancellations
  Due to the bespoke nature of our products, cancellations and changes are not possible once payment is confirmed.
  If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and attach photos.
  We’ll review your case and offer a refund or replacement if eligible.
